How do I book a photo shoot?

How soon can I schedule?
Speedy scheduling is our specialty! We can typically get you scheduled within 1-3 business days. If you have a more urgent need, call us at 754-243-0654.
How many photographs will I receive?
Great coverage is essential for any property, which is why the total number of images will vary by appointment. A small condo might only require 30 images, but a larger home or commercial property might require over 70 images to fully capture the space. Right now we are not limiting the number of photos; you will get all the images that we shoot.
What is your turnaround time?
We work diligently to make sure we can deliver processed images in 48 hours after the photo shoot.
How do I receive my images?
You will receive a link to download your photos in the highest resolution possible. You will be able to reference back to your images during one year since the photo shoot and can invite anybody to see the images as well. If you prefer an alternative delivery method, let us know!
What if I have some requests for the photographer?
Before the shoot, if you desire any specific angles, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you are on-site during the process, our photographers would be more than happy to accommodate any specific angles you prefer. After the images are adjusted and corrected through our rigorous post-process, our experienced team of editors will ensure that you receive the best images highlighting the property, as well as any angles that were requested.
What format are the photos you provide?
Images are delivered in .jpg format. Please let us know if you require a different format or size for your images.
Do I have to be at the property the entire time?
Not at all! We are fully self-sufficient and don’t require client attendance, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you’d like. If you do not plan to be at the property during the appointment, just make sure to provide us with any information needed for access.
What do I have to do to prepare my property?
How long does the photo shoot take?
For residential properties, the entire process should take around an hour, but more time may be needed for larger homes (over 3,000 square feet) or for add-on services such as walkthrough videos and drone photography.
Do you have a rainy day contingency?
While our photographers can shoot on cloudy days, we cannot use our equipment in the rain. If gray skies become an issue, our editing team has the ability to add a blue sky replacement to almost any exterior photo! However, if the weather conditions are extreme or become hazardous, we will reschedule at a time convenient for you.
How long do you store my images?
We guarantee we will keep your images on our server for at least one year.
Can you just Photoshop that out?
There are all sorts of things that can be fixed in editing. You'd be surprised how much editing goes into just taking the standard interior photos to make them look like what we see with our eyes. Removing items, cleaning the window, removing that pile of dirty clothes in the corner... it's all possible. But for that additional time retouching, we charge additional fees. Sometimes things can't be avoided, but it's usually cheaper to have something cleaned or moved in real life. There are other professionals that are very good at their jobs, such as house cleaners, painters, decorators, home stagers...
Do I own the rights to my images?
All photos created by Heifetz Multimedia are solely and exclusively owned by Heifetz Multimedia. We grant clients the limited right to use the photos indefinitely in exchange for a one-time payment for a photo appointment. You are welcome to share your images with your clients and team members but are prohibited from reselling them.
What is a blue sky guarantee?
A blue sky guarantee is that at least half of the sky will be blue for exterior shots of the home regardless of the actual color of the sky when the photos are taken. This enhancement isn’t recommended for weather conditions where it would look unnatural to have a blue sky.
Do you stage the property?
No. We expect a “show-ready” property at the time arranged for the recording. We are not responsible for “preparing” the property.
